celebrating the natural flavors of great ingredients, namely the finest
quality beef, veal, lamb, pork, and poultry.
OLIO - OLIO
features possibly the world's longest antipasto table, multi-layered dining
areas with an eight-foot high fireplace, and a retro bar and lounge area.
Nobhill - The
menu features a diverse selection of classic San Francisco dishes and fresh
products most closely associated with dining in San Francisco. At least 80
percent of the produce will come from growers and producers located in the
Bay Area.
The Rainforest Café
- "A Wild Palace to Shop and Eat." This two-story restaurant boasts an
animation gorilla family and other creatures indigenous to the rain forest.
The inventively themed restaurant and retail complex features cool mists
rising from cascading waterfalls. A 10,000-gallon double archway saltwater
aquarium featuring more than 22 species of fish from around the world,
trumpeting animatronics elephants, and simulated tropical rainstorms,
complete with thunder and lighting, are all placed in lush vegetation.
Selections include pastas, salads, signature sandwiches, and delectable
desserts.
Studio Café -
This café is just the spot for any meal 24 hours a day. Serves light
breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
MGM Grand Buffet
- An elegant atmosphere reminiscent of the golden age of Hollywood, where
the brunch and dinner menu changes every day, providing guests with eight
different all-you-can-eat entrees.
Pearl - A
Chinese seafood restaurant featuring contemporary specialties with a
predominantly Cantonese influence. There is a tasting menu offered along
with three menus served family style. The remaining dishes are served a la
carte. This restaurant is Chinese Modern with an extensive cocktail and wine
list and delicate European pastries.
Emeril's New Orleans Fish House
- Celebrity Chef and Author Emeril Lagasse brings his New Orleans blend of
modern Creole and Cajun cooking to the MGM Grand. Emeril's New Orleans Fish
House Restaurant features the delicate Emeril's New Orleans Shrimp, his
signature dish.
Coyote Café & Grill Room
- Mark Miller Coyote Café won the prestigious James Beard Award as "Best
Chef in the Southwest." The food in the two restaurants is a true testimony
to the award. The Grill Room features different entrees every month, however
the "Cowboy" rib steak is a permanent fixture. No meal is complete here
without one of the many fresh fruit margaritas.
Ricardo's -
Located along the MGM Grand's Studio Walk. This 11,056 square foot Mexican
restaurant offers both fine dining, and a casual dining atmosphere.
Ricardo's also features nightly entertainment, a walk-up margarita bar, and
exhibition palapa taco bar.
Wolfgang Puck Café
- An electric array of Italian cuisine and pizzeria delights is what you'll
find offered by the famed California Chef Wolfgang Puck. The circular
restaurant is ornately decorated with bright mosaic tile booths surrounding
the open kitchen.
Grand Wok -
The Grand Wok and Sushi Bar will offer guests an array of Asian cuisine
created by chefs who specialized in authentic Chinese, Japanese, Thai,
Korean and Vietnamese dishes.
